PoB Hotels

The Handle is a beautifully produced annual book published in print and digital format for PoB's collection of over 50 hand-picked luxury hotels across the British Isles.

The ongoing project brief for PoB Hotels is to publish their annual book, The Handle, in print and digital format. Responsibilities include curating, managing, designing, writing, editing, illustrating and publishing the book, as well as managing the print, specification and distribution.

The Handle is available for guests staying at PoB Hotels’ collection of independent hotels across the British Isles. Additional distribution includes Private Members' Clubs, Eurostar, and first-class airport lounges.

Each edition brings to life one of PoB Hotels’ treasured collections inspired by a unique quintessentially British experience. Volume 2, Seasoned to Perfection, is dedicated to British seasonal produce, provenance, and exciting travel tips. It features 40+ recipes from renowned chefs in the PoB Hotels’ collection, along with sustainable dining practices, the art of cultivating your own produce, and expert wine-pairing tips.

The 2025 Edition of The Handle, Volume 3, Take Care of the Rest is themed on British luxury spas and wellness experiences.
